As a Creator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of your services
• Honor all confirmed bookings and purchases
• Deliver services in a professional and timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payments and Fees

All payments on the Platform are processed through our secure payment processor. inMeet charges a service fee on each transaction, which will be clearly disclosed before completing a purchase.

• Prices are set by Creators and displayed in the specified currency
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in the Creator's refund policy
• Platform fees are deducted from Creator earnings
• Payouts to Creators are processed according to our payout schedule

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of inMeet or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant inMeet a license to display and promote their services on the Platform.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. inMeet does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of services offered by Creators.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inMeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
